Think about having better views for the special suites and use interior spaces for your service program. Do you think people will want a Suite right off the elevator? Or even directly across from it? Maybe open up a view across from the elevator to have a floor lounge. It might be a good idea to visit a high end hotel and notice how the space is programmed.
